Rubbish removal & house clearances in Mosman

Five minutes over the hill from our own beach.

Mosman is where our week happens: pickups from the apartments behind the village, whole-house clearances up on the ridge, and the green waste that a big established garden never stops making. Same crew as Balmoral, same manners, same written price before the work begins.

The shape of a Mosman job

The village, the walk-ups and the ridge

The village side of Mosman lives in apartments: art deco blocks and walk-ups off Military Road where the access is a stairwell and a strata rule, not a driveway. We carry through them quietly, pad the rails where a sideboard has to turn, and leave the lobby the way we found it. The building manager knows our date, our lift booking and our crew size before we get there.

Up on the ridge the houses run long and full: Federation fronts, decades of careful keeping, under-houses with a working life of tools still in them. That is clearance country, and it is the work we are named for.

And in between, the ordinary loads of a busy suburb: the washing machine that quit mid-cycle, the guest-room mattress past its last guest, the barbecue the salt air got to first.

Estate work, close to the paperwork

Where the estate gets organised

When a Mosman house has to be emptied, the arrangements usually run through the village: the solicitor with the will, the agent preparing the listing, the family flying in for a week to sort a lifetime. We work in with all three, happily, and we are used to being the practical end of a hard month.

The keepsakes are set aside before anything else moves, donation comes before disposal, and the keys end up in whichever hands the family names. If you are organising it from interstate, the whole thing works by video call.

How we handle a deceased estate clearance is written out plainly, including what happens to everything.

Access, honestly

Parking is the first thing we plan

Military Road is a clearway and the side streets near the village are metered, permit-zoned or simply full. There is no truck parking permit a crew can book with the council, so the difference between a smooth job and a circus is planning: which street, which hour, how far the carry really is. We do that before the day, and it is inside the fixed price, never a surcharge that appears at the kerb.

For strata buildings we also square the practical things with the building manager first: lift bookings and protective padding where a building wants them, and a clean lobby afterwards, always.

Asked often, in Mosman

Can you take what the council cleanup won't?

Yes, that is a normal week for us: the load that missed the booking, the pile too big for it, the things a cleanup does not take. Our plain guide to the Mosman Council cleanup covers what the free service does well and where a booked pickup fills the gap.

Do you do regular pickups for apartments or offices?

We are a small crew, so we do not run contract waste rounds. What we do well is the one-off: a bulky item, a garage the strata wants cleared, an office room of old furniture. Tell us what is there and we will give you one price.

How fast can a fridge or a mattress be gone?

Sometimes the same day, more often the next: we only promise windows the calendar can genuinely hold. Either way you will know the price and the window before we come.

Nearby: Clifton Gardens, Beauty Point, Mosman Bay, Spit Junction, and the rest of the pockets we work.
