House clearances and rubbish removal in Balmoral & Mosman

The keepsakes are set aside first.

We are a small local crew for the moment a long-held house has to be let go, and for what that house holds. Photographs, letters, the box nobody has opened in years: set aside before anything else moves. The price is yours in writing before a single thing is carried.

Set aside first

Before anything is lifted we walk the house with you, or for you, and set aside the things that matter. If we are unsure about something, we call and ask.

The price, before the carrying

One fixed price, agreed once we have seen the job. No hourly meter running while we work, no tip fees appearing on the day.

Nothing good goes to waste

Worthwhile things are offered to donation before anything else. Regulated streams like e-waste go where the rules send them: a licensed facility, never a shortcut.

The work

What we clear, and how we go about it

Most weeks hold both: a whole house that needs unhurried care, and a dead fridge that just needs to be gone. Same crew, same manners, same straight dealing.

Deceased estate clearances

The whole of a house, gently and completely. Keepsakes and papers set aside first, donation before disposal, and one price fixed before anything moves. The hard part can happen without you there.

The work we are named for

Downsizing clearances

The move from a full house to an apartment, often only a few hundred metres away. We clear what is not going with you, carefully, after the keepers are safe.

Care and carry, at your pace

Everyday pickups

The old mattress, the salt-weathered outdoor setting, green waste after a hedge cut, the load the council cleanup would not take. Same-day where we can.

Fast, polite, no drama
How a clearance works

Walk through it before you decide anything

Six quiet pages, from the first walk-through to the swept rooms at the end. Read it in two minutes, share it with your family, and know exactly what happens before you talk to anyone.

Local knowledge

A Balmoral job is planned around the carry

Most of the houses we clear here sit above or below the road, not beside it. There is rarely room for a skip, and there is no truck parking permit to book with the council, so the access and the parking get planned before the day, not argued about on it.

That is why we look before we quote. The stairs, the switchback path, the under-house that turns out to be full: all of it goes into the one fixed price, and none of it becomes a surprise.

The pockets we work, street by street

Where we work

Balmoral first, then the pockets around it

From the amphitheatre above the beach to the walk-ups of Neutral Bay: each pocket empties differently, and we plan each one differently.
